Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided through CabEkta.com operated by Cab Ekta NCR.

1. Service Cancellation

Users may request cancellation before service processing begins. Once service processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Payment deducted but service could not be processed.
• Technical failure caused by payment gateway or system error.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Government fees, taxes and permit charges.
• Border Tax payments already submitted.
• State Tax payments already submitted.
• Services already completed or processed.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Payment Disputes

For any payment dispute, users must contact our support team with payment details and transaction reference.
